Costco stores do not have the facility to do this for you on site. They can send the watch off to their jeweler to have it done, but that takes an unnecessary amount of time.

Costco also sells watches online at Costco.com. You might ask at the web site it they can size he watch based on your wrist measurement before they ship it to you. I know that Ashford.com will do that.

But many local jewelers will also do it for cheap. You don't have to explain where you got the watch--it really is not their business. Simply say it was a gift. Authorized dealers sometimes do it for free while you browse other jewelry.
