Re: Advantages of Auth. Dealer
In Response To: Advantages of Auth. Dealer ()

I have seen people bring watches they have bought off the internet into auth dealers to have them sized and the dealer looks for the serial number first. If the watch doesn't have a serial number they politely hand it back to the customer and tell them they cannot work on the watch. I have seen many customers get upset and say things like "Aren't you a Authorized Dealer an you have to work on my watch." The dealer would then explain why they couldn't work on the watch. Most people do not know about the serial number being removed. I think if you are informed and make the purchase knowing the serial number has been removed then you should know what to expect.

Good luck in your decision!
