In Response To: Disapointed with Omega Aftersales ()

I recently purchased my second Omega my jeweler's father's from his personal collection. All he could tell me was that he bought it about four years ago.

I e-mailed Omega with the watch ser. # at the address that Derek mentioned on the "Tell Me About My Omega" page and asked three specific questions:
-Production Name
-Model Name
-Movement #

Two days later I got a response with all three questions answered as well as the ref. #.

So far I'm extremely happy with my Seamaster, DeVille and Omega in general.
