Seamaster with speedmaster movement? *PIC*

I've seen an unusual used watch for sale - labelled OMEGA AUTOMATIC Seamaster, it appears to be have a Speedmaster type movement with a "stopwatch" second hand, two-dial chronograph, blue face, blue dials.

It has a black-on-white date window at 3 o'clock, and one of the chronograph dials seems to have an additional red pointer (for GMT?)

It has the tachymetre, no rotating bezel, the little tritium T next to "Swiss Made".

Is this a known Omega model, and (if serviced by Omega) would it have any useful water-resitance?

I do some surfing, water-skiing and snorkel diving, I don't like the idea of having to change my watch because I'm going in the water - knowing myself, I'd lose the one that I left on land!

Any help appreciated, many thanks. Price is not much of an issue, but reliability will be.

The case looks very 1970's to my eyes (see link).
