Can also be a bent hand--where one hand hits another only when in certain positions. But surely they should have discovered something like that.

Maybe you should see if your dealer will exchange it for another one--especially since you can prove that TWO attempts at repair by authorized service agents has failed to correct the problem.

If they fail to give you satisfaction, contact Omega USA and tell them about the continuing problem and see if they can assist you.
