Its the re-edition model i'm after as i like how imo it has the look of a dress watch and everyday watch. £1500 was for a new boxed 2yr Gtee example, but £1000-1200 seems to be the price for all version i have found that vary in age between 2yrs old and 10 years old.

Now the help or nudge im after is, if this is the shape i like, is it any better getting a 2yr old one or a 10 year old one, does the watch only having Heuer mean its somehow more collectable than a later one etc. I suspect because as you say we are in the minority in it being our favourite design there may not be a cut and dry case as to which example, age etc is the best, however with such a good looking watch there is no doubt to me that it WILL be a future classic in the future. I suspect its just that in paying it's dues 10 years isn;t a long enough period for it to gain that all important respect...
