I've never been that impressed with Tourneau Time Machine - the watches tend more towards the "pre-owned" than the vintage. You'd have to be lucky and walk in just after someone had chopped in a nice vintage watch - in fact, I remember someone on the forum doing just that once but it was in one of the branches outside NYC. The one on Madison close to the Waldorf has actually had a better selection than the Time Machine each time I've looked, so you never know.

Might be worth a quick pop in Ron if you're nearby, you never know when you'll be lucky.
