That's useful info. It did cross my mind that it may be from another countries Air Force, not necessarily Israeli.

: It is a way of marking the watches by giving them a unit serial
: number and signing it out to the Pilot. So with that guess you
: have the 82nd watch of 180 watches belonging to an Air Force.
