Re: unusual Heuer chrono?
In Response To: Re: unusual Heuer chrono? ()

Hi thanks for the reply! but i dont understand.......

mine is signed only on the face, nowhere else, making it in my opinion a crap copy....it is unsigned everywhere else. chronographe is written in French, and the French made versions have caused chaos in our little horological world due to their lack of marks and emblems.

let me see what I can come up with, but at the mo I am beginning to think this is some sort of French model, rather than a Frankenwatch.

Another discrepancy is that it seems odd that said fakes are all coming up with the same model number, which doesnt exist, surely the aim would be to either cause confusion with differing numbers or simply to use an existing number???

all very odd.........thanks again! this is great fun!

: Easy.

: Some people find complete case and dial anonimus.
: Decided to use Heuer logo and sign it on the dial, bridge, ec...

: The can produce 20-30 or 50 pieces.

: ;-)
