stumbled upon this thread and, as some of my Top Time pictures off the web are already here, thought I'd add some thoughts - reminds me of the "what is Buzz Aldrin wearing" discussion a bit.
Jim Clark is known to have worn Breitlings, Enicars and Gallet Multichron 12, very hard to tell from the pic above what this one is, it might be a silver dial Gen. 1 Breitling Top Time ref. 810 or a white dial Gallet Multichron 12, most probably not an Enicar SuperGRAPH, as the lugs are much thicker and quite distinctive in design, also the crown above does not look like the SuperGRAPH crown.
the watch shown here: http://chronocentric.com/forums/heuer/index.cgi?md=read;id=57334 could also be a Breitling ref. 765, these had larger subdials and a similar lug design - hard to really say from the pics.
As I've always admired Jim Clark I happen to have most of these pieces in my collection, so happy to provide some more pics, maybe somebody with better eyes can add his comments.

Breitling Top Time ref. 810, Generation 1, slimmer "integrated" lugs: http://www.automobiliac.com/automobiliac/2012/6/25/jim-clark-and-his-breitling-top-time.html
Here are some earlier (mid 40s, early 50s) ref. 765 and a Breitling Top Time ref. 810, Generation 2, wider "offset" lugs::
the 1960s ref. 765 were available w/ panda dials, do not have one of those, dials similar to the Co-Pilot AVI:
and somebody asked about the two simpler Top Time ref. 2000/2002:
