And I am happy to say based on this definition I owned 3 NOS watches:

2 with purple wax still and 1 PVD one. I have only 1 left of these 3 and have to say it is a draw back as I never worn it: because when I do its not NOS anymore and as it is a pruple wax watch the wax got hard in the years and yes its also had from a storage point of view to ensure the wax is not coming off: its a breitling navitimer.
