Water resistance is, at best, questionable since the crown has been replaced. This brings up countless other problems. I would not be able to "sit back and relax" with my timepiece if I had these worries.
Recommend that you demand 100% refund. If they hassel you explain situation to Ebay, as well as credit card company, bank, courrier or who ever it was that you used to pay for the watch.
Once you have your refund in hand I would give firm and factual feedback on Ebay as well as on Watchnet (the Bad Guys section), and here if that is allowed.
Sorry that this happened to you. You may decide that auth. dlr. is the way to go. If so, there are some that will give you 33 to 35% discount AS WELL AS piece of mind. Just ask.
