Question for the Weekend: the Devos Conundrum

Inspired by the Heuer->Rolex->Patek->? issue (see Jeff's thread below), I'd like to ask the forum one question:

If you had to spend, say $50-$250k on ONE watch, what would it be?

This is not a watch investment question, more of taste.
So the rules are:
- you'd have to wear the watch regularly for at least ten years
- you could not sell it for money
- you can not give it away or swap it
- when you are tired of it, it disappears (it's a hypothetical question, ok)
- only one watch, that's the point of the question.

So which would it be?
