Hi Jim,

welcome to the group. I can share your feelings. Inherited two Heuers from my dad as well and they are still my favourites.
Although not so old as yours. Just imagine that he must have worn this watch during WWII. Wow!

My plan is to keep mine for my son and daughters to take them over later ( yes, you are right, I miss one watch.)

Cherisch the watch and keep it in a safe spot at all times!
