thanks for the message, which raises a very interesting point. we have tried to keep Chronocentric / OnTheDash non-commercial, but our many of our readers have probably been in exactly your situation -- wanting to sell something from the collection; would like to sell to one of the OTD regulars; have an aversion to ebay; have an aversion to selling at "wholesale" to a dealer . . . and there really is no good site for selling vintage chronographs . . . so what is one to do??

I have been satisfied selling on ebay, but have probably averaged less than five sales per year and recognize the hazards and the hassles (and the fees).

Would others be enthusiastic about a site / page for buying and selling vintage Heuers (and maybe some other vintage chronographs), and related items?
