Interesting question.

I like the watch. I probably wont buy it, but I have seen it in person and it is really nice. I'm a sucker for nice bezels and this one has a nice one.

The movement is neither a problem nor a plus.

As for the marketing claim
"Fangio and His Carrera Tachymeter Chronograph"
I find it outrageous.
Fangio died in July 1995.
If Tag Heuer did this without paying any royalties to his relatives, I think they could get sued for a nice amount of money.

But even if they paid for the use of Fangio's name I consider the wording ("Fangio and His Carrera Tachymeter Chronograph") an offend against my intelligence.
How can a watch he never knew the existence of be "his watch"? Foul.
