They have replied and said that they would honour the warranty as the main dealer is authorised, however they have now told me that all Omega watches are covered by a two year warranty and not three.

This is surely incorrect as it states in the manual that co-axial models carry a three year warranty.

I am concerned as I do not think they know what they are talking about.
