really sorry to hear this.......its our worst nightmare.
i have not had trouble shipping to italy......but i once bought an omega ploprof from an italan watch webiste called http://www.tempusdomini.com/......and the watch never came nore did i get replys to calls or emails. The really bad thing is its still up and running and probably still ripping people off......mafiosi perhaps
i now never buy from italy.
