"Transitionals" Do Make It Confusing

Yikes!! I just noticed that our "poster child" [index photo] for the Third Execution of the 1153N has the fatter hands (which we call "third execution"), but the earlier execution of the dial, with the thinner markers (which we call the "first execution" of these dials). This one is shown immediately below.

So it appears that Laurent has the only fully correct (non-transitional) sample of the Third Execution 1153N, with the fat hands and the fat markers (double-wide for each of the hours) . . . as shown immediately below. You will notice that this one also has the numerals 1-through-12 on the hour recorder, another feature of the Third Execution 1153s.

All this can get confusing!! I will get the index page straightened out, this evening.
