Shazam! I don't know why I never noticed it before: right after Breveté GF (goat's head) Steelinox Swiss Made, there's a number 3 over a number 70 -- so I would guess 3d quarter, 1970. Seems later than your previous experience has shown; what do you think? If I remember my recent reading correctly, it was about this time that Heuer was gearing (sorry) up for the introduction of the modular-movement automatics.

I have more (and better) pics on the way -- turns out my watchmaker friend took more pix than he sent me, and he's emailing the rest. I'll post them, if you like.
